Op 11 februari vindt Hard Bass voor de vierde keer plaats in het Arnhemse GelreDome. Verdeeld over vier teams zal de top van de Hardstyle scene zijn geluid laten horen. In de aanloop naar dit stadion evenement komen er verschillende winacties, speciale items in b2s television en sets op b2s radio. Blijf op de hoogte!

Anthem
Het anthem is dit jaar geproduceerd door niemand minder dan Headhunterz! In b2s television vertelde hij over het anthem en hoe hij naar Hard Bass uit kijkt:

“Hard Bass afgelopen jaar was super speciaal! Op dat moment was ik een beetje op zoek, ik voelde hem even niet helemaal. En op dat evenement realiseerde ik me waar ik naartoe wilde met m’n sound. Mede daardoor was ik heel erg blij dat ik gevraagd werd voor het anthem. De inspiratie die ik afgelopen jaar heb opgedaan op Hard Bass kon ik nu toepassen op het anthem en ik heb er ook echt een gevoel bij. ‘Eternalize’ is de geëvalueerde stijl van Headhunterz in 2011, het eindproduct van wat ik in dat jaar allemaal met mijn stijl gedaan heb. De tekst heb ik samen met Winne geschreven, we wilden iets thematisch maken. Nou, 2012 natuurlijk, dan zal de wereld vergaan. Tenminste, dat was eerst zo. Verder heb ik E-life een zin laten doen en zit ‘Sacrifice’ er stiekem in verstopt, dat is ongeveer het belangrijkste in mijn leven. Dus ja, ‘Eternalize’, vereeuwigen. De track gaat over het vereeuwigen van onze stijl, en dat we daarvoor moeten evalueren!”

CD / DVD
Ook dit jaar wordt er een Hard Bass 4CD uitgebracht. Niemand minder dan The Pitcher, Luna, Frontliner en Chris One zullen de schijfjes mixen. Tevens wordt er een registratie geschoten, welke op DVD & Blu-ray zal uitkomen.

b2s television & radio
Bij b2s television blijf je iedere week op de hoogte van de laatste nieuws. In aanloop naar het evenement kun je interviews met de DJ’s, backstage materiaal en andere leuke weetjes verwachten.

Vanaf volgende week staat b2s radio iedere donderdagavond in het teken van Hard Bass. Om 20.00 uur hoor je een pre-party mix gemixt door een artiest uit een van de teams. Hieronder vind je de planning, so stay tuned!

In de laatste week van december werd er een actie op Twitter gehouden. De response was boven verwachting en de winnaar is inmiddels bekend; Patrick gefeliciteerd met je prijs! English: Hard Bass 2012 update

On the 11th of February it is time for Hard Bass which will be held for the fourth time at the GelreDome in Arnhem. Divided into four teams, the top of the Hardstyle scene will make sure that you will enjoy the hardest beats. Leading up to this stadium event there are different contests on social media, special b2s television items and unique sets on b2s radio. So stay tuned!

Anthem
This year’s anthem is produced by none other than Headhunterz! During an interview in b2s television he spoke about the anthem and how he is living up to Hard Bass:

“Hard Bass last year was a very special event for me! At that moment I was kind of searching. I wasn’t really feeling it anymore for a short time. But that event made me realize where I wanted to go with my sound. So, that’s one of the reasons I was very happy they asked me to produce the 2012 anthem. Because actually I could apply the inspiration from 2011 on the anthem, so I really had a feeling with it. ‘Eternalize’ is the evolved Headhunterz style of 2011, the final product of that style that I did this year. I wrote the anthem text with Winne, we wanted something of a theme in it. So 2012 of course, because everything should end in that year. Although they said it would. I also had E-life do one sentence and ‘Sacrifice’ is hidden in there, about the most important thing in my life. So ‘Eternalize’, to immortalize! It is about eternalizing our style and that we have to evolve to achieve that.”

CD & DVD
Also this year a Hard Bass 4CD will be launched. None other than The Pitcher, Luna, Frontliner and Chris One are going to mix the records. In addition, there will be a registration shot, which will be released on DVD and Blu-ray.

B2s television & radio
Each week you will be updated on b2s television. Leading up to the event there are interviews with DJ’s, backstage material and other fun facts to watch.

Starting on Thursday next week, b2s radio will be completely dominated by Hard Bass. At 20:00 hours you will hear a pre-party mix by one of the team’s artist. Below you can see the playlist, stay tuned!
