Tijden
Hard Bass is op zaterdag 11 februari van 22:00 uur tot 07:00 uur ’s ochtends. De show start om 23:00 uur. Zorg dat je op tijd in de GelreDome bent en niks mist van de show!
Ingang
Let op! Op je ticket staat een ingang (E, Q of VIP) aangegeven, zorg dat je via deze ingang naar binnen gaat. Via een andere ingang als vermeld op je ticket kun je niet naar binnen.
Winter
De warme mutsen en handschoenen zijn eindelijk uit de kast gehaald, want de winter in Nederland is vorige week dan toch écht begonnen. Ook tijdens de avond en nacht van Hard Bass zal het erg koud zijn. De voorspellingen geven temperaturen tot zo’n 9 graden onder het vriespunt. b2s wil haar bezoekers daarom attenderen op het feit zich warm aan te kleden, zeker wanneer men met het OV reist. Op het Centraal station van Arnhem zijn extra grote lockers te huur om al je spullen in op te bergen. Uiteraard zijn er ook lockers beschikbaar bij de GelreDome. Kom je met de auto of met georganiseerd busvervoer, blijf dan warm in de auto of bus zitten tot dat de deuren van Hard Bass om 22:00 uur open gaan. Ga niet onnodig in de kou staan. Kortom, zorg goed voor jezelf en voor je vrienden en let goed op elkaar. Tot zaterdag op Hard Bass 2012!
CD & DVD
Net als voorgaande jaren wordt er tijdens Hard Bass een speciale verzamel 4CD uitgebracht. Uit ieder team is één artiest geselecteerd die verantwoordelijk is voor de CD mix. Deze keer zijn The Pitcher, Luna, Frontliner en Chris One verantwoordelijk. De CD is te koop bij de stand van Free Record shop. Gedurende de nacht worden opnames gemaakt en na het evenement zal een live registratie uit worden gebracht op DVD. Houd daarvoor de b2s website in de gaten!
Merchandise
Er is een Hard Bass 2012 merchandise lijn ontworpen die bij de b2s merchandise stand te koop is. Je kan hier met cash betalen of pinnen.
b2s television
De donderdag voorafgaand aan Hard Bass wordt er een special worden uitgezonden rondom de voorbereidingen en opbouw. Houd www.b2s.nl dus goed in de gaten and stay tuned!
Livestream
Hard Bass wordt live uitgezonden via b2s radio. Vanaf 21:00 uur is de stream te beluisteren via de b2s website: www.b2s.nl
Lockers
Bij de entree van de GelreDome bestaat de mogelijkheid tot het huren van kluisjes. Deze zijn te gebruiken om jassen en tassen in op te bergen. Een kluisje kost 6 euro en de borg bedraagt 5 euro. Deze krijg je terug bij het inleveren van de sleutel. In een kluisje passen 3 jassen, dus deel met je vrienden. Het is niet mogelijk om tussendoor naar je kluisje te gaan. Voor VIP is dit wel mogelijk.
Roken
In de GelreDome is roken niet toegestaan en is dit alleen buiten mogelijk onder de Oost tribune. Hier is een verwarmde tent geplaatst.
Drugs
De organisatie conformeert zich aan het lokale beleid van de politie Arnhem. Dit is ‘zero tolerance’. Pas op wat je meeneemt; er wordt zorgvuldig gevisiteerd onder toezicht van de politie.
Camera’s
Het meenemen van camera’s is voor iedereen toegestaan zolang het voor eigen gebruik is.
Legitimatie
De minimum leeftijd is 18 jaar. Bij twijfel kan er aan de bezoeker gevraagd worden zich te legitimeren. Neem daarom een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee zodat je geen risico loopt op deze grond geweigerd te worden. Een rijbewijs, paspoort en Nederlandse identiteitskaart zijn geldige legitimatiebewijzen. Hou er rekening mee dat ook aan de bar om legitimatie gevraagd kan worden.
Parkeren
Er zullen verschillende parkeerterreinen geopend zijn, die zorgen voor genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor alle bezoekers. Volg de borden “Parkeren GelreDome”. Voor meer informatie en routeplanning hierover kun je terecht op de website www.gelredome.nl
Openbaar vervoer
Het Gelredome is prima te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Reis met de trein naar station Arnhem en vanaf daar verder met de pendelbus naar het GelreDome. Een retourtje voor de pendelbus is te koop op het station. Voor de terugreis op zondag 12 februari zet NS extra lange treinen in. Carpoolen – Ride here, right now
Op RIDEHERE.NL maak je een carpooldate naar Hard Bass! Schrijf je in, regel een carpooldate, bespaar geld en spaar ook nog eens het milieu. Onder de inschrijvingen worden gratis VIP parkeerkaarten verloot.
Bus
Indien je geen vervoer hebt, kun je bij Event Travel een busreis boeken naar Hard Bass. Heb je zelf een bus geregeld, dan kun je je voor een parkeerplaats aanmelden via het e-mailadres rbakker@gelredome.nl met als onderwerp ‘aanmelding touringcar Hard Bass’. Touringcarbedrijven kunnen zich hier ook melden voor uitbreide informatie met aanrijdroutes en handzame tips. Indien een touringcar parkeert op het parkeerterrein kost dit 40 euro.

Hard Bass is on Saturday the 11th of February from 22:00 and close at 07.00. The show starts at 23:00. Make sure you arrive at the GelreDome on time so you won’t miss a minute of the show!
Entrances
Important! An entrance (E, Q or VIP) is indicated on your ticket, so make sure you enter through this door. You will not be admitted through any other entrance than the one shown on your ticket.
Winter
Put on your warm hats and gloves, because the winter in Holland has really begun last week. During the night of Hard Bass it will be also freezing. The predictions are about 9 degrees below zero. b2s wants to alert her visitors to dress warmly, especially when one travels with Public Transport. On the Central Station of Arnhem there are extra big lockers for rent to store your stuff. Of course there are also lockers available at the GelreDome. If you are traveling by car or organized bustransport, stay warm inside the car or bus until the doors of Hard Bass open at 22:00 hours. Don’t wait outside in the cold when it is not necessary. Take care of yourself and your friends and pay attention to each other. See you all Saturday at Hard Bass 2012!
Anthem, CD & DVD
Just like previous editions a special 4 CD will be released during Hard Bass. From every team one artist has been selected who is responsible for the CD mix. This time the DJ’s are The Pitcher, Luna, Frontliner and Chris One. The CD will be available for purchase from Free Record Shop stand during the evening. As the night progresses, video footage will be recorded and this live recording of the party will be released on DVD a few weeks after the event. Merchandise
A special line of merchandise has been designed especially for this edition of Hard Bass which is for sale at the b2s merchandise stand! They accept cash and debit cards.

Thursday before the event, a special will be broadcasted about the preparations and set-up of Hard Bass. So keep a close eye on www.b2s.nl and stay tuned!
Hard Bass livestream
Hard Bass will be broadcast live via b2s radio, from 21:00 to 07:00. You can listen to this live broadcast on the b2s website, www.b2s.nl.
Lockers
Lockers will be available for hire at the entrance hall of the GelreDome. These can be used to store coats and bags. Lockers can be hired at a fee of 6 Euros plus a 5 Euro deposit. This deposit will be returned to you when you return the key. One locker will fit three coats, so share with your friends. You will not have access to your locker during the event, it is possible for VIP’s.
Smoking
Inside the Gelredome smoking is prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outdoors under the Eastern grandstand, where a heated tent will be set up for your comfort.
Drugs
The organization conforms to the local policy of the Arnhem police department. This is a ‘ zero-tolerance’ policy. Be careful what you bring with you; thorough searches will be performed under police supervision.
Cameras
Everyone is allowed to bring along camera’s, as long as it is for own use.
Identification
The minimum age is 18. In the event of doubt, guests may be asked to produce identification proving their age. Please bring valid proof of identification with you so that you do not risk being refused entry on the basis of your age. Valid proof of identification includes a driving permit, valid passport, or identity card. Please bear in mind you may also be asked to present identification at the bar.
Parking
Various car parks will be open for the event which provide ample parking facilities for visitors. Follow the signs marked “Parkeren Gelredome”. For more information and the route, please visit the website www.gelredome.nl.
Public transport
The Gelredome is very easily accessible by public transport. If you are travelling by train, go to Arnhem central station, and continue by shuttle bus to the Gelredome. A round-trip ticket for the shuttle bus may be purchased at the station. For the return trip on Sunday 12 February, the NS (Dutch Railways) will be running extra and longer trains. Carpool – Ride here, right now
On RIDEHERE.NL, you can find a carpool date to Hard Bass! Sign up, set up a carpool date and save money and the environment. Free parking passes will be raffled off among those who sign up.
Coach
If you do not have your own means of transport, you can reserve a ticket for one of the Event Travel coaches to Hard Bass. If you have arranged for a private coach, you can sign up for a parking space via rbakker@gelredome.nl, in an email with ‘aanmelding touring car Hard Bass’ in the subject line. This is also the address coach companies can send e-mails to to receive detailed information on directions to the venue and practical tips. The fee for parking a coach in the car park is 40 Euros.

Hard Bass is sold out. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets on the black market. All tickets will be scanned for authenticity at the entrance.
