Hard Bass is sold out!

A VIP ticket comes with a number of benefits that you would not be able to enjoy  with a regular ticket:
- A separate VIP entrance
- Free use of lockers
- Access to the ‘VIP deck’

Entrances
Important! An entrance (E, Q or VIP) is indicated on your ticket, so make sure you enter through this door. You will not be admitted through any other entrance than the one shown on your ticket.

Queues
Due to the expected rush on tickets, there will be a virtual queuing system. You will automatically be placed in the queue, which will indicate the length of the wait (in minutes) before you will be redirected to the booking page. Pressing F5/refresh will automatically land you back at the end of the queue.

IMPORTANT! Getting into the queue is no guarantee that you will get tickets. The first-come, first-serve policy applies here.

Maximum Number of Tickets
You can buy a maximum of 9 tickets per transaction. If you book more than the maximum allowed number of tickets, there is the possibility that we will cancel those tickets without notice. The entrance fee will then be refunded minus booking or transaction fees.

Payment
The following methods of payment will be accepted during the Hard Bass presales (important! costs may vary per payment method, which you will be able to select in step 4 of the booking process):

iDEAL, Mastercard, VISA / VISA Electron / VISA Delta, Maestro, Sofortüberweisung, Carte Bleue and Solo. Should an error come up during payment, please press the terug/back button IN THE BOOKING PROCESSS (so not the back button on your browser). You should then be able to attempt to make your payment again. If you press the back button on your browser, you´ll run the risk of being removed from the system and being put back at the end of the queue.

Register
If you already have an existing Paylogic account, you can use this to log in. Be sure to check your password and settings beforehand at www.paylogic.nl/login.

Do so well before ticket sales start, so you´re sure that your details are correct. If you´re not sure whether you already have a Paylogic account or not, you can go to the above-mentioned website to check. If you don´t have an account yet, you can simply register during your purchase. It is not possible to register beforehand.
