FAQ
AVONDJE OUTSIDERS 2027
TICKETS
This section covers everything related to tickets. From your order confirmation email and ticket delivery to resale options and common ticket-related questions, you’ll find all the information you need right here. We’ve broken it down clearly so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your purchase.
- Can I resell my ticket(s)?
Yes, this can be done safely via TicketSwap with SecureSwap. The main buyer first needs to navigate tot he order overview via the “My Order” button in the personalisation mail. If resale is allowed, a “Swap” button will automatically appear next to your ticket in your order overview. Through that button, you can securely offer your ticket, and once sold, it will be immediately invalidated for you and reissued to the buyer. This way, you can be sure the new owner has a valid ticket and fraud is prevented.
- Which countries does TicketSwap support to resell my ticket(s)?
Click on the button below to see which countries TicketSwap does support to re-sell your ticket(s).
- When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets are sent at the latest 24 hours before the event. The main buyer will then receive an email with all ticket(s) in PDF format, including a QR code. We do this to limit reselling and keep tickets secure. If tickets are made available earlier or later, this will always be clearly stated in the confirmation email you receive immediately after purchase.
- Which payment methods can I use?
In our ticket shop you can pay securely with a variety of payment methods like iDEAL, Credit Card, Klarna and more. At checkout you will see the exact options available to you. Please note that service fees apply; these are necessary to provide the ticket service and customer support.
- Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes. After a successful payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, plus an email with information about ticket personalisation. Always check your inbox and spam folder.
PERSONALISATION
This section explains everything about ticket personalisation. You’ll find details on how and when to personalise your ticket, what information is required, and what to do if changes are needed.
- How can I personalise my ticket(s)?
If you are the main booker, follow the steps below to personalise your ticket.
IMPORTANT: You can personalise only one ticket of each type of ticket per e-mail address.- After your order, you will receive both a confirmation email and a personalisation email. Click on the ‘my order’ button in this email.
- You will see an overview of all tickets in your order.
- Click on ‘Personalise’
- Fill in your details
- Confirm
You will now see your name on the ticket in the order, this means your ticket has been successfully claimed.
If you are not the main booker and have received an invitation to personalise your ticket, follow these steps:
1) Open the invitation link
2) Log in or create an account
3) Use your own email address (not that of the main booker).
4) Fill in your details
5) ConfirmYou will now see your name linked to the ticket, this means personalisation was successful.
- What is a personalised ticket?
At our events, all tickets must be personalised. This means you (as the main booker) must claim your own ticket. If you purchased tickets for others, you can send them the invite link for their ticket so they can personalise it themselves. At the entrance, ID may be requested.
- Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes, you can change a name on a ticket until the tickets are sent out (usually 24 hours before the event). The main buyer needs to navigate to the order overview via the “My Order” button in the order personalisation mail. Next to your ticket, click on “Depersonalise” to unlink the name from the ticket. Then click on “Invite” to copy a link you can send to someone else. They can then use that link to personalise the ticket for themselves.
- What if my ticket name does not match my ID?
The details on your ticket must exactly match your ID. If not, the event reserves the right to deny you entry. Make sure to provide correct details when purchasing and always bring valid ID with you.
