TICKETS
This section covers everything related to tickets. From your order confirmation email and ticket delivery to resale options and common ticket-related questions, you’ll find all the information you need right here. We’ve broken it down clearly so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your purchase.
- Can I resell my ticket(s)?
Yes, this can be done safely via TicketSwap with SecureSwap. The main buyer first needs to navigate tot he order overview via the “My Order” button in the personalisation mail. If resale is allowed, a “Swap” button will automatically appear next to your ticket in your order overview. Through that button, you can securely offer your ticket, and once sold, it will be immediately invalidated for you and reissued to the buyer. This way, you can be sure the new owner has a valid ticket and fraud is prevented.
- Which countries does TicketSwap support to resell my ticket(s)?
Click on the button below to see which countries TicketSwap does support to re-sell your ticket(s).
- When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets are sent at the latest 24 hours before the event. The main buyer will then receive an email with all ticket(s) in PDF format, including a QR code. We do this to limit reselling and keep tickets secure. If tickets are made available earlier or later, this will always be clearly stated in the confirmation email you receive immediately after purchase.
- Which payment methods can I use?
In our ticket shop you can pay securely with a variety of payment methods like iDEAL, Credit Card, Klarna and more. At checkout you will see the exact options available to you. Please note that service fees apply; these are necessary to provide the ticket service and customer support.
- Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes. After a successful payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, plus an email with information about ticket personalisation. Always check your inbox and spam folder.

- Can I change the name on my ticket?
