You can find the full Decibel outdoor 2019 timetable here.

B2S app
We have created a brand-new B2S app so you can stay updated about all B2S events. Via this app you can check out the festival map and make your own timetable. You can also find practical info and news about the festival. We will release the download links for Android and iOs as soon as they are available, so keep an eye on our socials!

Premium Tickets
For the lucky ones who bought a Saturday Premium ticket for Decibel outdoor there are a number of advantages over a regular ticket:

  • Separate Premium entrance
  • Free locker per 2 persons
  • Exclusive Decibel gadget
  • Voucher for a ride in one of the attractions
  • Access to the Premium-decks with their own bar and toilets

There are two main entrances at the festival site. The North (Noord) entrance is indicated by the colour Yellow and the South (Zuid) entrance is indicated by the colour Red. Make sure you remember where you parked your car or where you were dropped off and through which entrance you got in. Make sure that you also leave through this exit to get to the right parking space or pick-up point.

The minimum age is 18 years. In cases of doubt, a visitor may be asked for identification. Always take a valid identity card with you so that you are not at risk of being refused for this reason. A driving licence, passport or Dutch identity card are all valid proof of identity.

Info stand
There is a Decibel outdoor info stand in the middle of the festival site where you can go with any questions you might have about the festival and the weekend. You can hand in and pick up lost property at the info stand. Earplugs are also available here.

Mobile charging point
If your phone is low in battery, you can get a mobile charger from the charging point. This stand is located in the middle of the site. For 1.5 tokens plus a deposit you can get a charger to recharge your phone. You’ll get your deposit back when you return the charger.

You can rent lockers during Decibel outdoor. The rent is €7 for a small lockerr, payable by cash or card. You can share a locker with two or three friends and you’ll be able to go to your locker during the event.

An exclusive Decibel outdoor merchandise line has also been designed this year. Come and take a look at one of the four merchandise stands for a nice souvenir from Decibel outdoor! There are also lots of other B2S items to buy. You will also be able to find the items online in the B2S merchandise store after the event.

Decibel CDs & autograph session
Traditionally, a Decibel outdoor 3-piece CD has also been put together this year. None other than Wildstylez, D-Sturb & N-Vitral have mixed this year’s album. You can pre-order the CD from this Wednesday and it will be available at the CD stand in the middle of the festival site. Autograph sessions with the three artists will also take place here:
D-Sturb & N-Vitral: 18:00 – 18:15
Wildstylez: 20:45 – 21:00

Personal items
You cannot bring your own food or drinks inside. If you follow a special diet or use medication, make sure that this is in sealed packaging and that you have a medical certificate with you. Deodorant rollers and sunscreen may only be taken in when they are in the original packaging. Aerosols and perfume bottles are not allowed inside.

Anyone can bring a camera, SLR camera or video camera inside. Professional video equipment is not allowed without press accreditation.

Tokens & cards
Several cash registers are located at the entrance and across the festival site. You can also pay by card at each cash desk. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw extra cash. The tokens are valid at both bars and food courts throughout the whole weekend.

Food & chill
There are various food courts at the festival site. B2S has ensured that there will be a wide range of food. Think sandwiches, wraps, healthy salads, toasties, doner kebabs, stir fry, spring rolls, various snacks, pancakes, fries, smoothies, fresh fruit, (protein) shakes, pizza, pasta and much more. Besides, there will be a foodtruck festival with BBQ, burgers, sausage rolls, satay and pasta. Make sure you eat well throughout the day and that you get enough salt.

Hop on the Ferris wheel, the Giant’s stride or jump off a 60m base with your best friend! This way you’ll have a fantastic view of the site and enjoy an unforgettable experience. Beside going crazy at the 14 harder style areas it’s also possible to relax in silence, get married to your favourite festival buddy and experience an actual tunnelrave. Eternalize your Decibel outdoor adventure with a tattoo or capture all the memories in the photobooth. You’ll find a number of entertainment acts in the evening and get the chance to experience the endshow at the Mainstage or the Nightshow at the Pussy lounge!

Free drinking water
You can buy a bottle of water at all the bars. As usual, there are sufficient tap water points spread across the site where you can top up your bottle or cup for free. Free water is also available at the first aid.

There are sufficient toilets on-site during Decibel outdoor. There are four large groups of free toilets on the site so make sure you use them. There is also a disabled toilet in each group. This festival is organised in a natural environment so respect this. Action will be taken against public urination.
You can also find fresh-up points at the toilets. You can check your hair or make up during the day. You can also make use of deodorant, hair spray, gel, sun cream, etc.

Meeting points
There are three meeting points at the festival site: one at North, one in the middle of the terrain and one at South. This is where you can arrange to meet up with your friends in case you lose each other.

Drug policy
B2S conforms with the local policy of the Tilburg police. This is a ‘zero tolerance’ policy. This means that no form of mind-altering drugs (soft and/or hard drugs) is allowed. Cannabis or hashish will therefore not be allowed inside. Frisk searches will be carefully carried out under police supervision.

Celebrate Safe
We Celebrate Safe during Decibel outdoor. You can go to the Celebrate Safe stand if you have any questions about alcohol and/or drugs. The employees of Unity are there to give you tips and explanations if you feel unwell but go to first aid with serious issues. They are there to help you if necessary. Check the Celebrate Safe website for more information.
Do you think someone’s not feeling well? Make sure you warn someone from the organisation, security or first aid immediately.

Oak processionary caterpillar
There have been sightings of oak processionary caterpillar on the grounds of Decibel outdoor. We are fighting the nests wherever this is possible to reduce nuisance but please be aware you can still experience some trouble from the caterpillars. Make sure you bring medication with you when you are allergic.

Cars and parking
From the A27 (Breda) drive in the direction of Tilburg and follow the Decibel signs.

From the A65 (‘s Hertogenbosch), take exit 10 Hilvarenbeek/Beekse Bergen and follow the Decibel signs.

From A58 (Limburg and region Eindhoven), take exit 8 Oirschot and follow the N395 to Hilvarenbeek. Take the N269 from there and follow the Decibel signs.

Car parks are open from 12.00 PM on. Try to avoid peak hours as much as possible. Extensive measures have been taken to make parking as easy as possible. Follow the instructions on signs, as well as those given by stewards. Remember where you parked your car. Leave the car park via the ‘all directions’ signs to ensure that the outflow takes place as quickly as possible.

You can already buy a Saturday parking ticket at the B2S ticketshop. This is faster and cheaper than on site.

Bus trips
Don’t want to travel by public transport or haven’t found anyone that wants to drive? Book a bust trip via our bus partner:

If you organize your own bus trip towards Decibel outdoor you can register your bus here. You will receive all information that the driver needs to come to the event and possibly park there three days before the event.

The buses follow the signs for ‘Touringcars’ on arrival. A special parking area has been set up for this purpose. Even if the bus only comes to drop off and pick up passengers, it should follow the signs for ‘Touringcars’. Make sure the bus is back before 22.00 PM to prevent unnecessary congestion. Buses that have not been registered in advance must pay €35 on the spot.

Kiss & ride
A special kiss & ride route has been laid out for people being dropped off and picked up. This is located on the south side of the terrain (RED entrance). Make sure this is where you’re dropped off and where you agree to be picked up again after the festival. Take the south entrance and follow the route that’s indicated.

Public transport
Trains to and from Tilburg are excellent. Dutch Railways (NS) will be running extra-long trains to accommodate greater passenger volumes. Before you leave, always check NS for exact departure- and arrival times.

Want to travel to Decibel outdoor 2019 by bus from another country? Check all our foreign bus partners here.

Shuttle bus
Shuttle buses will be driving between the festival area and Tilburg Central Station. From 12.00 PM on Saturday, they will drive continuously to and from the festival site. The last shuttle bus runs at 01.30 AM. You can already buy a bus transfer ticket in the B2S ticketshop in advance. This is cheaper and faster than buying a ticket at the shuttle bus stop.

Check in advance when your last train leaves and make sure you have enough time to get to the station. You can check the exact departure- and arrival times here.
